How lack of sleep affects health and tips for a good night’s rest

Almost two-thirds of Americans do not get a full eight hrs of sleep per evening. Now, scientist Matthew Walker is sounding the alarm system about what he calls “the silent sleep loss epidemic.” Walker has invested greater than 20 years studying rest and also its influence on mental health and wellness and also disease.
