In the most recent Mayo Clinic National Health Checkup, 67 percent of individuals with a household background of heart problem noted nutritional changes as the main means they are working to improve heart health, adhered to by monitoring blood stress and cholesterol routinely (59 percent) and boosting exercise (51 percent).
