MY Day 1 Diet

Morning 2 hours b4 morning meal
1/2 glass water + 1/2 to 1 tsp apple cidar vinegar
Morning meal
Raga puttu/Wheat puttu/Rice puttu fifty percent
Kadala curry/ cherupayar curry 1 tiny dish
cucumber slices of 1/ 2 tiny cucumber
Green Tea or normal tea with low fat milk (really less sugar )
Mid morning snack at 11
Watermelon or muskmelon 1 bowl with chia seeds
at 1 or 30 minutes b4 lunch
1 tsp of flax seeds or chia seeds along with 1 glass of water
Lunch at 1:30 pm
1/2 bowl Rice
Any kind of thoran
Fish Curry/ poultry curry/ muthira or vanpayar curry
Curd 1 little dish
Tossed salad to be taken initially
Evening Snack 4 to5 pm
Skimmed milk or green tea with seeds handfull
Dinner B4 7 PM
Roti 1
Palak paneer/ kadala curry/ Chicken curry with much less oil 1 small bowl
Veg salad to be taken first
Before bed beverage
One glass of water with 1tsp of apple cidar vinegar
sleep b4 11
